This policy explains what information Eben Studio LLC collects through this website and through email, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect as little as we can.

    Eben Studio LLC ("Eben Studio", "we", "us") is a Texas limited liability company that makes software, including mobile apps. This policy covers this website (eben.studio) and email you exchange with us.

  2. 02This website

    This website is a static site. It has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. Its fonts and images are served from our own site, so visiting it does not send requests to third parties.

    Like any website, it is delivered by our hosting provider. When your browser requests a page, our hosting provider's servers may record standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own retention practices. We use them only to deliver and secure the site. We do not use them to identify you or to build a profile of you.

    If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to put in your message. We use this only to read and answer your message and to keep a record of our conversation.

    Our email provider stores these messages on our behalf. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your messages with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

    We delete correspondence once it is no longer needed, and no later than two years after our last exchange, unless we have to keep it longer for a legal reason. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

    Each of our apps has its own privacy policy and its own privacy details on the App Store or other store listing. Those documents describe what the app collects and how it is used. This policy covers only the studio, this website and email with us.

  5. 05Sharing and selling

    We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We only disclose information when the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect our rights, our users or the public.

  6. 06Children

    This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

  7. 07International visitors

    We are based in the United States. If you visit this website or write to us from another country, your information will be handled in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

  8. 08Your choices and rights

    You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request to admin@eben.studio. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. We will answer within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

  9. 09Security

    We keep the information we hold to a minimum and use reasonable measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on this page.
